During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning mountain views that surrounded the hotel, which made it the perfect location for a peaceful retreat. the staff were friendly and helpful and offered us a room upgrade for free, which allowed us to have a more comfortable stay with our baby. the breakfast served was delicious and included tasty local products.
The hotel lacked some basic facilities such as a TV in the room, which could have been entertaining during the cold winter evenings. we could hear other guests in adjacent rooms, which was a bit distracting.

The location of the hotel was amazing, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff were very helpful, offering great recommendations for local trips and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of local produce, such as cheese and fruit juices, and the homemade yoghurt was a hit. We loved the Jacuzzi, which was perfect to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.
The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, but it didn't affect our overall experience. , there was no TV in the room, which we missed a bit, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.
